Gotu Kola, aka Brahmi Herbs, 1oz.

I discovered Gotu Kola over forty years ago, and I have used it regularly ever since. I first read about it in an herbalist magazine. The article stated that it grows wild in places like India, and the elephants love it and feast on it. It is credited with their longevity, and that is also why they say, "Elephants never forget." For mental focus Gotu Kola has no equal. I had always used the powdered herb in capsule form until I purchased this extract, but I knew that a good quality extract is more potent. Although the price for extract is higher, the quality is worth it. Cedars of Life has processed the herb correctly and offers a delicious daily dose. I will buy here from now on. The powdered herb is potent enough if taken in the morning on an empty stomach with a little milk. I have read that vitamin C reduces its potency, so citrus juice should not be taken within two hours. This extract is more easily and thoroughly absorbed, but it also will be best taken in the early morning on an empty stomach.

I don't know yet give it 3 star for now. Does not taste bad. But have not noticed it helping in anyway YET. Will up date later on........ok its been about 3 weeks & I have not felt or seen a change in my energy level or any of the thing this claims to help with. I will finish the bottle to see if anything changes from now to then. Will up date when the bottle is gone.

it atacks the liver and gives you liver damage read everything u can about it before u use. This is not for people with a bad system.

I just broke up with my boyfriend and I did not feel depressed because of Gotu Kola.I love this product because it helps me memorizes things easily and I can concentrate at school.

This is a quality Gotu Kola extract, and it is alcohol free. Many use Gotu Kola internally with great results; however, I use this liquid extract to mix with quality organic and natural lotions and moisturizers to enhance skin care. This is also my Go-To product for really itchy insect bites. Applying a little Gotu Kola extract right on the bite not only takes away the itch, but really brings down the swelling/inflammation. This extract is fresh, potent and did a wonderful job of helping my skin look clearer, younger and healthier. I've been happy with the quality of this particular Gotu Kola liquid extract product.

I didnt really care for the taste of this, also, I did not notice any difference in memory or anything else this product was suppose to do.

I would give 5 stars but I really struggled to find the full ingredient list before purchasing, I found out when opening the packaging that it contains a lot of vegetable glycerin. I was honestly hoping the product was going to be more pure. However, the flavour is totally fine and it's otherwise a good product.
