I purchased this after several other mounts failed to be either robust enough or have a big enough mount to fit my Clic-gear trolley. This does demand that fit a red plastic disc to the rear of the GPS unit, so may not be great if you have a GPS app. on your smart phone instead - you'll probably have to buy a clam shell type case to use with this that you can stick the disc onto.However, if you have a dedicated Golf GPS device, then it is likely that you'll be OK with sticking it directly to the body of that as I did. It is great with my clic gear trolley - fairly unobtrusive compared with some clunky universal mounts that I've had and appears to be well made as all clic-gear items seem to be. You may want to turn the rubber mounts around to give a bit more grip on the device, but this takes moments to do.

Could be a little more friendly with the left hand grip of the trolley! Doesn't hold the sky caddie tight! Need to add some thing behind to stop it spinning!!!

I have a Skycaddie SG5 and always found the attachment provided to be of very poor quality, even after buying a replacement. I bought this GPS holder for my Clicgear trolley (purchased it along with the deluxe adjustable umbrella holder) and I've found the Skycaddie fits perfectly and is well secured. There are a couple of very minor issues, firstly, it makes it a bit more difficult to hold onto the trolley comfortably with your left hand and secondly, it is difficult to get a tight screw on both items together and I find myself constantly checking to see if it is secure. This does not deter too much from what is a decent product and much better than what Skycaddie provide.

Clicgear GPS Holder fits perfectly on the handle using the three point attachment screw which is also used for the umbrella holder, i use mine with a Skycaddie product which has the identical fitting on the back of the device and clips in securely. The clicgear holder comes with self adhesive attachment studs for other makes of device which i'm sure will work equally as well. Overall this little holder does exactly what it was designed to do - well done Clicgear!

One of the two white rubber inserts used to protect the GPS unit was lost on the first day of use. They are very loose fitting. One of the sticky pads was not very sticky and failed to adhere to the GPS unit. Very poor product. Wish I had never bought this. My clicgear golf trolley has been with me for over 4 years and is a very good piece of equipment, so very surprised about the quality of this item.

Excellent product and price. Comes in very handy. Only small issus is that over bumpy terrain the vibration can cause the holder to turn slightly on the mount. You can adjust the rubbers in the holder but a little extra tape of the back of the phone holder has helped cured that completely. I just have a dedicated phone cover with the holder attachment on kept in my clicgear all the time now and just switch phone covers when playing golf.

This is the 2nd time i have bought this product. It is almost perfect ! I love the way it uses the umbrella holder to fit to my Clicgear 3.5 and it sits at a great angle - hassle free BUT one massive drawback (and the reason that i had to buy it again). The small rubber inserts that are used to stableise the GPS keep falling out at the slightest touch. I have lost them about four or five times - found the bits an a few occassions, but eventually had to buy again as i had lost one of the inserts without which the GPS machine simply spins around all the time.Really poor design fault and i will now not be buying again - so frustrating as otherwise it is a really good piece of kit and exactly what i wanted - the other options are more cumbersome !! Real shame and suitably annoying that i felt the need to write this review.

Okay for the price but there are issues. Firstly you have to stick one of the disks to the rear of your GPS unit. This means you are relying on the sticky pad holding the unit in place. Others have reported the pad failing and that wouldn't surprise me because it doesn't feel secure enough.I stuck the pad to the back of my Golf Buddy PT4 and held it in place with an elastic band overnight to allow it form a strong bond. It held for its first round today but I never felt comfortable it wouldn't pop off. A 400E GPS held by a sticky plastic disk?Second issue really bugged me. When you click the disk into the holder the back of the GPS doesn't sit against the rubber grips on the holder meaning the whole unit is free to spin around as you push the trolley along.I ended up using the elastic band to tie the GPS to the unit.......very poor from Clicgear here. I will have to modify the unit to enable me to use it.Honestly I reckon unless you are a real Clicgear fan buy something else that will be compatible with all buggies and will grip you GPS with more than a sticky plaster.EDIT- Just to be fair to Clicgear on close inspection the rubber pads on the top and bottom to the unit were inserted upside down during manufacture or assembly. I removed them and inserted them in the other way and the spinning issue was solved. This means of course whoever is assembling the units before packaging is putting them in backwards!!!!!!!!

Just what I needed for my SkyCadie. Works like a charm. Easy to mount and take off. Make note, you may need to flip those rubber standoffs so GPS or phone sits securely

Had to replace my old SkyCaddie Touch and went with the newest (& significantly larger) SX500. The Clicgear Push Cart GPS Holder was the perfect solution for mounting the new toy. I simply reversed the two friction pads to expose their larger profile and was really pleased with the snug fit. MyClicgear cart is a generation older than the current model but the GPS Holder was an exact fit and I find the degree of mount angle to provide an optimum viewing angle. Great upgrade!!!

Great product. Best purchase for my buggy this year. GPS has never been so easy
