Fuse Chicken IDM-100 IDM Titanium M Cable Micro USB for Android Smart Phone Silver

Well my first impressions for this cable was boy it is a titan. It is very very sturdy and could probably be used to tow a car. However, I am sad to say that it didn't even last me one day there was a breakage in the wire which I thought was a manufacturing defect and Fuse Chicken kindly sent me a new one which came in about 2 days. I was really pleased with the service and cable till now. The second cable the one that came as a replacement does not even charge my phone anymore. Yes it could be my phone, the plug the wall socket but it doesn't take a genius to diagnose the issue. I tried it on a different plug, a different phone and different socket with no luck. I shall say that my hard earned money has gone down the drain not 'the last cable I would ever need'. I would not recommend this cable.

ok however if you use you phone at an odd angle then the usb cable may fall out of the plug can get annoying. the usb charging bit inside broke possibly because of how rigid it is rather than flexing easyerly it ends up moving the micro usb charger bit inside therefore i ended up having to get the usb bit inside at a phone repair shop.

Annoyed I can't give it no stars!After all the good reports from tech blogs etc it's absolutely dog poo! The first one straight out of the box worked intermittently so it was pointless trying to charge or do anything with it. I contacted Fuse Chicken with the email provided and they sent a replacement as they have a Lifetime (not even straight from the factory does it work I might add) warranty.Having received the replacement today the exact same thing is going on. Basically from my estimation the micro usb male connector is too small and that means it's always going to have that issue.So much promise for a tough cable which frankly the world needs in this farcicle consumer society which all the manufactures know, so they make throwaway products!!!!Angry, very angry!

Been using this product with my HTC for a over a week now and so far it's been working great. The titanium cable is pretty much able to withstand anything I can throw at it.

The connection doesn't stay in place to actually charge, even when lying on a flat surface with 6 inches of straight cable it starts to charge then within one second it is no longer charging yet it''s still connected firmly and I had to manoeuvre it about a fair bit for it to start charging again. I used it for 2 days but it is going back once the xmas holidays are over. I wanted this to replace my white charging cables which my cat loves to chew (she likes thin, white ones) but this is not worth £15, it is also only 1 metre long. I'm going to buy another 6ft Anker fabric cable instead for £7.
