Hello, You can get a longer flashlight by unscrewing the tail cap and attaching it to the extension barrel (if you like and need it). When using the extension barrel, it needs to be powered by 3 batteries at the same time (we provide two batteries and please replenish one 3.7V-4.2V battery), and has longer runtime.
