Fine for general use
Fine enough for table use, good for more general (cooking, crust-formation etc.) use also. Slightly coarser than supermarket 'standard' products and generally unrefined. Not a shiny bright white, if that matters, this suits me but not neccessarily everyone.I would make a point of giving it a short drying in a low oven if using a pouring vessel, as the salt is very slightly damp and does not have anti-clog treatment included.

Good value.
Great value for unrefined sea salt. You can buy higher end stuff that is super grey and full of mineral goodies - but costing £10 or more per bag. This is great value and means that we can afford to do all of our cooking with unrefined salt that still comes with a range of minerals other than sodium. Recommended.
