To expensive
It's a marvellous supplement to take specially with vitamin D3.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because Solgar (the company) is constantly putting the prices up and charge £9.00 for delivery.Solgar was excellent for about 5 years but now (2023 and 2024) has changed massively. It's not thinking about the loyalty of some customers just ripping them off.
