I have had this pack for almost 4 years now, and it has lasted through near daily bike commutes through rain and heat and cold and been taken on several trips, using the convertible straps pretty often.The zipper are a little tough to use at first, but they ease up and they last. At this point if it failed I would buy it again and still feel it was a great value for the money!It's just an excellent designed and built product, I highly recommend.

I really like it but for$200 it’s very disappointing that it started having a really loud annoying squeak every time I attach it to my bike rack and ride after like 2 weeks if use.

I've had this bag for 7 years and it is amazing! I used it everyday for a couple years but COVID changed that. I use it a few times a week now and it still looks brand new, even with it being constantly overstuffed and having been used as a pannier bag many times.
