So I have been using this for a few days. Looks fairly cheap but it does work and I feel as long as you look after it, it will last a while! I have used most the settings now, for me the abs setting could be stronger but it does contract my muscles ok. Biceps and triceps workouts are the best feature and you feel like your arms have had a workout if you can handle the setting. I had it on 3rd power setting and it was more than enough! Have not used on legs but I’m sure it will work just as good! The waist setting works for oblique but again not sure if setting is strong enough but will see over time. Like all these kind of products you have to diet well anyway for any muscles to eventually show through, this will not make you lose weight on its own! Fair for the price you pay for this in my opinion.

This started out ok, however pads don’t stick and I could never use the arm ones as they didnt stick and they hurt. After only a few weeks one of the abs stimulaters is at odd with the others and it really stings which suggests there is a fault with it. Won’t be using it anymore which is a waste. Thankfully it wasn’t expensive .

I purchased this Abs Trainer after reading many positive reviews. You get the main part which has 8 sticky pads on the abs area and 2 flaps with another 2 pads on each flap that stick to the sides of the stomach. There are also two arm strips, 3 small USB rechargeable main units & spare sticky pads.In use, you have 6 different programs of different pulses ranging from levels 1 to 9 with 1 basically doing nothing to 9 feeling like a small electrical shock. Personally I have tried each program & prefer program 4 set on level 9 for maximum shock (I really wish it would shock or pulse more than this). While the pads stick to the abs area ok (they do say you should stick on a clean body) I’ve found if trying to exercise at the same time as wearing the device the side flaps can work loose. Maybe you are meant to wear this & not move much. The programs lasts 15 mins and you are recommended to use twice a day.Now I don’t have a six pack but just looking for something to help tone the stomach area a bit. When I pull off the device I’ve notice that only one side seems to be working (as you are left with red skin marks where the sticky pads are placed). So to balance things out i’ve often used the device attached the other way round to get pulses/red skin marks on the other side. Obviously, this should not be necessary or maybe my abs trainer is faulty. I really don’t know. I’ve been using this for several weeks & really not noticed any difference to my abs. Personally I don’t think the sensation created by the pulses is strong enough to have much effect. Probably diet & exercise will have more effect over the long term. Also if you are going to buy then personally don’t buy this one but one without the side flaps. They get in the way & loose their stickiness & frankly are annoying!! You just want the abs trainer in the main stomach area as this will stay in place better.

First time using an EMS abs trainer and I love it! So easy to use and i really feel like it will help me loose the stubborn belly fat. This belt is perfect for busy mums like me. Highly recommended, and worth the money

Very flimsy and the main chest unit does not work. Returned and bought a more expensive unit. Much better.

Great product, comes with all the necessary accessories. 9 intensity levels - can really feel working on abs without cramping pains . Additional arm straps to tone up the arms. Gel point of contacts/ washable and reuseable - works great… Product has built in lithium battery and can easily be recharged via usb. Brilliant product for the money - can visually see and feel the abs trainer working.

Never used one before but keep seeing them advertised so thought I’d give one a try along side my weight loss journey. Pretty easy to figure out how to use, and can certainly feel it working on my abs! Time will tell if it helps out alongside my gym work but so far so good.
