I put this in my entryway and it’s great cause it lights up when you come in you can dim it or make it brighter. It is a little bigger than I thought, but overall very pleased with it. I did not measure, thinking it was going to be perfect and a little bit smaller so make sure you look at that size, but I love it. I’ve had it for a few months now and working great.

Got it as a Christmas gift. I wanted to keep it for myself! Really nice looking!!

I bought the clock, it came, all looked fine coming out of the box. However, was quick to find out that the dimmer "switch" doesn't work on my clock. Ok, no big deal. But then I seem to have the never ending issue of the second hand getting caught on the minute hand and thus the clock stops keeping track of time. This happens usually when I am at work or asleep, and at least twice a day. I wish I knew of a easy way to take the face cover off to try and bend the minute hand back just a tad to fix the issue and call it a day. But other than those 2 issues, it seems to be fine. Maybe my clock was just the odd ball defect clock.

Bought it gas a gift for someone who gets up several tim s during the night. They loved that the lights would turn on every time she went to the bathroom

The light on the clock is just what I wanted. So easy to read also. I Have a dark entryway and needed a battery light to brighten up this dark area as I have no outlet on this wall. The sensor, to detect movement, is a bonus.

backlight has never ever went off it doesn't care if it is in bright light it will not go off so the batteries that run the backlight will go dead real quick.

We wanted a clock for the baby's room that we could read at night time. This clock has three illumination modes: "on", "sensor", and "off". However, only the sensor mode is dimmable, and the illumination level is only acceptable at the minimum setting. The sensor reacts to sound (when it feels like it), so at night you have to choose if you want to keep everyone awake with light or noise.
