A cellulose powder which mixes with water to form a paste. Particularly suitable for covering a large area of paper, it is also the ideal medium for projects involving paper mache and paper lamination. Extremely water resoluble, it is very easily cleaned from surfaces, clothing and hair. It is also preservative free, making it safer for use with children. This pack contains 10 x 45g bags.

Use a stick blender to mix.
Can't remember how long it took to arrive.Long time since I used such paste for art papier Mache. Was very lumpy when I mixed it with either hot or cold water. Used a stick blender to wazz it . Result was no lumps or clumps. Hazy, opaque liquid left with micro air bubbles but did the job well. When left overnight went transparent. So for me a stick blender worked wonders.

We needed some child friendly glue for an activity for our kids work in the Philippines where we were entertaining about 170, 270 and 300 children at 3 seperate events. We found that we needed to give it a bit of time to dissolve but it worked a treat and fulfilled it’s purpose which was to stick paper to paper. Very happy to recommend it.

Great for marbling
I wanted cellulose paste to use as a marbling size. I've tried others but this was the one!!. It mixes to a very smooth texture immediately, no waiting around. It did help to sieve it to make it extra smooth. Then I used diluted acrylics on top to marble with. I was so pleased with the results. I'm sure there are lots of other uses too. I've included a photo of the marbling.
