These flakes are thick, grainy, and flavorful, almost like flattened granola, sold by a company that started making granola. They are much more enjoyable than corn flakes. The box is too small. This is one of the best gluten-free cereals available.

I don't eat those highly processed cereals under the big brands anymore. I use this brand and this 'honey peanut butter' version as it contains high fiber and while its a bit sweet, the coconut sugar and cinnamon add a wonderful twist. It's made with mainly Organic grain, coconut oil etc. It also has 14% fibre and 5g protein in a serving of just under 2oz and is very satisfying. This is also a women owned company as far as I know and I like this product. It pairs well with coconut milk or any other milk of your choice. High quality.

This cereal is a very healthy choice and delicious.

Tasted great with clean ingredients, however I did not taste any peanut butter at all. Also expensive for the quantity
