X-Mini ME XAM16-B Portable Thumb Size Speaker with 3.5mm Jack Compatible with iPhone/iPad/iPod/Smartphones/Tablets/MP3 Player/Laptop - Black

I had bought one of the original X-Mini type speakers. Lasted for like 7 years. Had to replace as the 3.5mm jack eventually snapped. Got a lot of use out of it.Anyway, one of their new products, the X-Mini ME XAM16-B Portable which arrived yesterday. Plugged it in to my ipod classic. Amazing sound for such a small speaker at a great price. Impressed, but even more impressed for a smaller package, punches above it's weight.You see ladies, size does not matter! :p

OK so it's a little bigger than the average thumb but it's still dinky enough to carry round with you. It has a USB cable and a jack. The sound quality is great but it could be a little louder. Mine goes everywhere with me and I love it. Cheap enough to warrant buying two!

Good value? Maybe. Good quality sound? Hmm. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is great value and sound for its size and price. However there is a slight static noise when not playing audio -- I'm not complaining largely cuz it's so compact, but I do wish it weren't there.

For its size it is a great little speaker, light and highly portable with a rugged finish so that it isn't easily damaged. I'd recommend it to anyone who just wants to boost the sound from their phone or tablet. It is really light andtakes up no room in a suitcase (a consideration with budget airlines!), I use when teaching groups of people and the sound from my iPad isn't sufficient to carry to the back of the room - the mini speaker does its job perfectly.

I travel abroad frequently. Got this speaker to use primarily with my iPod classic, but have tried it with my iPad also. Works fine with both. It's size ( length 44mm diameter 38mm ) makes it a perfect accessory for travelling. Will fit anywhere including your jacket pocket. Weighs very little ( 44 grams ). Sound quality is not perfect, but for the price and size, you can't expect much else. Battery life is about 4 - 5 hours continuous use. Recharge and connection to devices is through the supplied cable assembly. One end had a 2.0 USB connection and a 3.5mm Jack for your devices, the other end a micro connection for the speaker. The cable assembly is only about 230mm long fully laid out. As stated, it has no Bluetooth connectivity. Verdict, it works well for me and my devices. Money well spent.

Got this today, came with a little charge in so hooked it up to my phone and the sound is terrible quality (distorted, tinny and no bass at all.) overall build quality seems sturdy otherwise. Going to look into getting a replacement Hopefully it will work correctly

Sooooo small! fits in my hand with mp3 player so can be carried, placed anywhere - absolutely perfect. Great sound, astounding battery life. So pleased with my purchase

I bought this after reading a recommendation in a magazine. I think there are better products out there. It needs to be charged before you can use it and it is not very loud so if more than two or three people are listening, this is not the product.

Very nice speakers sound quality not that much but the delivery is the worse ever I almost wait for 40 days for this speakerAnd the wire is too short and the price is too much for this little speaker

Ich nutze den Lautsprecher jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden. Ursprünglich hatte ich ihn für den Einsatz im Urlaub gekauft, inzwischen nutze ich ihn aber auch zuhause (zum Radiohören in der Küche). Die Akkustik finde ich für so einen Mini-Lautsprecher (etwa so groß wie eine Filmdose) ziemlich gut. Zum Musikhören in geschlossenen Räumen super; im Urlaub haben wir ihn auch auf der Terasse genutzt, da hätte ich mir doch gewünscht, ihn noch etwas lauter stellen zu können, war aber ok. Einmal aufgeladen läuft er ewig; gefühlt auch deutlich länger als die angegebenen 6 Stunden. Ich lade ihn über das USB-Kabel am PC auf - das dauert dann ca. 1,5 Stunden.

Non pensavo che un prodotto così piccolo avesse tanto volume e tanta definizione sonora. Da usare è di una facilità disarmante. Un unico interruttore che accende e spegne, quando il led è blu acceso quando il led è rosso si sta scaricando e va messo sotto carica. In dotazione viene dato un cavo che da una parte è mini usb (da attaccare al dispositivo) dall'altra mini jack (da attaccare all'uscita cuffia del lettore mp3/computer) ed un cavo usb (da attaccare al computer per ricaricarlo.La batteria dura numerose ore e la portatilità e la facilità di utilizzo ti permettono di portartelo ovunque. Io lo uso sia come mini stereo associato al lettore mp3 sia come cassa del portatile per non portarmi dietro gli speaker più grandi.

Muy contento. Es pequeño pero con gran calidad de sonido. Es perfecto para llevarlo a cualquier parte. Batería de larga duración.
