Doubles your range!
I bought this to be able to get 2 full bottles into a Journey concert and it worked as advertised! It does get kind of heavy pulling it along over long distances, a good fix would be to upgrade the rubber handle, put something bigger and ergonomic and maybe that would make it possible to negotiate less than perfect terrain and street curbs with better control. 5 star!

Handle need more stability
Handle receiving tube needs to be longer, with more adjustment levels.Handle itself should have a second set of adjustment buttons. These changes woukd help to make the unit more stable and reduce "wobble" of handle.Personal preference (no effect on unit handling) would be to place upper tank retainer rings 2 inches further apart, and move retainer thumb screws 180 degrees from current placement.Wheels are nice size. Handle load nicely and steer easily. Also climb stairs very well. The biggest negative is the handle wobble.

Handle doesn't feel securely attached and tank ring support is too low
My oxygen provider will only provide a rolling cart for one tank at a time (the one on the left in the photo) so if I want more than one tank I had to buy one myself. The first thing I noticed was an agreement with some of the reviews that the handle does not feel very secure. Because of the angle of this photo, the single cart is closer, but the handles are pretty much at the same height. The big difference is that on the single one, there is about 8 in of overlap so it is much more secure, where on the double cart I am at the very top and there's overhang of maybe 2 in which makes it feel very flimsy, which is problematic when I'm carrying twice the weight. I keep feeling like it's going to slide out of my hand and hit the floor. This double cart itself holds the tanks well and it is definitely convenient to have two at once in case I have to change it out when I'm not near my car or home. One other major difference is that if you look at the single one on the left, the round ring support around the tank itself is about halfway up the tank. On the double cart on the right, it is maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of the way up. This means there is no extra support the rest of the way up the tanks unless I were to rig something with a bungee cord. When I have to lift this cart with tanks in it to get it into the backseat of my car, not only do I have to bend further over to reach the handle for that support to lift it up, but it feels as if the tanks will almost slide out while I've got it horizontal. It makes absolutely no sense why it is not designed the same way as all of the single carts, especially when you're talking double the weight being carried. For the most part it serves my purpose, but there are definitely some design flaws that I wish would be addressed. I'm sure these things are designed by people who don't actually use oxygen and without consulting anyone about their needs and wants.

Roll cart is lightweight, which is important when carrying 2 tanks
I love that the wheels are sturdy. The whole cart is very lightweight, when you are putting 2 tanks in and out of the car this becomes important, even when walking you are exerting more energy to pull 2 tanks instead of one. But its nice to have the back up tank when you are out longer or use a higher Liter flow. The holder looks like it isn't spaced apart as far as the single tank roller but even this shorter distance does not interupt the usefulness.
