It's not a fancy expensive model, which I appreciated. I watched it randomly cruise around my house the first time I used it, and it made me crazy! There is absolutely no pattern to it that I can discern, and I couldn't see how it could possibly do a thorough job. But the floors looked much better when it was done, and the bin was full of fur and dirt. My floors are wood, with low-pile area rugs in a couple of rooms. The next time I ran it I ran the upright vac over the living room rug right after the robot was done, and there was almost nothing in it. Since then, I run it every other day - when I'm not home! It makes less noise than the dishwasher, which is very quiet. It gets under the bed, and under the dresser, and under the sofa, and under the china cabinet - all places the upright can't go. I've figured out where it gets stuck, and I move the furniture to prevent that. I usually put the dining table chairs up restaurant-style so it can get under the table easily. It climbs a wider shallower threshold, but a threshold finished with quarter-inch round stops it. It doesn't get into corners, of course. The little sweeper arms pop off as soon as it hits a rug, so I just leave them off. I've tried the spiral setting to clean up a spill of dry coffee grounds, and it worked great. I haven't bothered downloading the app because the remote works just fine for me, I just hit the button on my way out the door. Cleaning it takes less than 5 minutes to empty the bin and brush the filter and clean the roller with the included tool, and then it's ready to go again. Love this little gadget!

This vacumm works great when it works. I love how easy to use it is and how well it does when it works right. About 2 weeks after I received my vacuum it started to come off the docking station and rev up and just sit there, I have to hit the button on top to stop it and then start it again and it will do. This happens about every other day. It also started making a loud clicking noise. I have removed the dustpan and the vacuum bar and there is nothing in there to make that noise. I have sent probably 6 emails and left numerous messages on the voicemail and chat feature for the company to get it replaced or fixed. I bought the warranty on Amazon and called and they said since it was still under factory warranty I had to go through the company. I have been trying to reach them since about the end of July, it is now the end of October, with no success. No one ever seems to answer the number they say to call.

This is our 3rd robot from 3 different companies. My only issue is the robot keeps getting stuck under things like the fridge and the couch. Outside of that I have no complaints. Hopefully this is something that gets fixed with future robots. If that fix that issue I would easily buy this robot again. I also appreciate after 6 months they sent me a message asking how my product is working.

It works ok on hardwood floors. Does better on carpets You will have to go behind a do a quick sweep at times. We don't use as much as I thought we would.

The 1st one I received did not work, but customer service by Amazon to the rescue and the second one is perfect. I had another brand downstairs and bought this one for upstairs. I have almost all low pike carpet (linoleum in cat's room and bathroom) and this little guy cleans it all. It goes around the edge of each room (unlike my other vac) and turns itself up to turbo when it hits a very dirty spot (unlike my other vac). I can program it (mine is set for 9am every day) or use the remote to start it. I scoop the little guy up and drop him in the cat's room to clean around the food bowls and litter box on "spot clean". My app is even keeping track of when I should wash the filter and replace the brushes!

Used it since March and just not happy with it's performance. We have a hardwood floors and three area rugs on 900 sqft first floor. Two black labs. The robot only places (used that word on purpose) dirt and hair at the opening to the canister, never pulling into it. So dirt and hair dam up at the opening up the the brushes. Always a mess as such always leaves the floor dirtyJune - Company rep reached out after reading my review with an offer to resolve. Replace or refund my purchase price. I think that is an outstanding and unexpected action to take. Very impressed!, Thank You!

The advantage is that the suction is very strong, and the cleaning is very good. Recently, the cats at home shed a lot of hair, and I no longer need to clean it myself.But there are still areas for improvement. For example, the front impact sensor is easy to get dirty, probably because there are still glue residues on the original adhesive strip.And the muting of the item description is absolutely wrong! Probably the power of the lowest level is considered silent. If you turn on the second or third level, believe me, the noise cannot be ignored.Except for the loud noise and the front sensor getting dirty, everything else is perfect. I didn't use the included remote because the mobile app is very convenient.
