Arrived very quickly and as described - some previous reviews of cheaper patches complained about the adhesitivity - these are fine and remained in place for the night + At present still trying them out so haven't completed the course as yet - After first 3 nights, amount of detritus seems to be decreasing as described - So Far so good - No complaints yet!

I am so happy with this product that I wish I could get it on repeat delivery!!! This works and it works best during a detox program. If I don't use it when detoxing I usually use it at week ends.
