Delighted with his product and the excellent customer service I received.Love this steamer and great price - so glad I spent lots of time reading reviews to find the right product.I ordered just b4 Christmas and didn't receive the item, but company responded within a few hours of my email, offering an apology and the choice of refunding my payment or sending a new item.They sent another item via expedited delivery and replied to every email within hours - 5star customer service, especially considering this was over the Christmas/ New yr holiday period.The steamer is a real space saver and sits neatly inside my mirrored wardrobes. I have a hook on the side wall of the cupboard that I use to steam, as I find it easier to steam items against a wall/door, (the items aren't flapping around and you can use pressure.I HATE ironing with a passion and its 'iron as you wear' in our house - putting the ironing board up and down every day was driving me nuts and delighted I'll only need it occasionally now, (if at all)!Steamer heats up and is ready to use within 30secs, and even deep creases disappear almost instantly. Although it takes a little practice to get the hang of this, it's way faster thannironing from the outset, and any creases you 'iron in' by mistake disappear with zero effort when you run back over them.I have 3 kids and that means 3 school uniforms each day - they're all crease free in less than 5mins. Not having to turn jumpers, trousers and skirts inside out also saves time.Also works really well on delicates, clothes that are usually really awkward to iron, and removes creases quickly that usually take a bit of effort with an iron.I'll keep my iron/ board for emergencies but I will ALWAYS have a steamer - no going back!Ill end this as I started:absolutely delighted with this product and the great customer service I received.

It will do. To save space for having an ironing board (which would be much easier) we opted for this vertical steam. However it is not as 'easy' as the name suggest. It is quite time consuming and clothes do not straighten out easily and will only uncrease after several times of steaming it over. Careful with the hot steam as well! I once triggered the smoke alarm in the house because of this.

Forget paying for mega expensive steamers. This is one of the best that I have used and for the price it is fantastic value for money. I own a small menswear store called Mojo King (Caerphilly) and have used this to steam out creases from new stock arrival prior to putting out on display. As long as you take your time and work your way along the garment it removes all creases and folds with ease. The water tank is perfect capacity and you can get up to 45 mins continual steam time. Sometimes you have to be patient for a few seconds for steam pressure to build up but you are soon back to full steam ahead. I can only give this product 5 stars, 10 out of 10. It does the job perfectly and has the added bonus of some handy tools to tackle other items. If I had one issue it would be that the height could be a little higher and the hose a little longer. However I am over 6ft so for many people it probably wouldnt be an issue. I have added my own extension onto it anyway. I have no association with Amazon, or the product manufacturer or distributor. Like it so much am buying another one for home and binning the iron!

Loved it, easy to assemble, very powerful options to steam really fast. The only thing that it starts to leak after couple uses on the second option and I think its due to heating, just tighten it and go.It work great on denim and any other heavy material.

I was happy to see the order was delivered a day earlier than expected (on the 1st of April instead of the 2nd of April),but that's the only positive aspect. From the moment I opened the box, I was dissappointed as it looked made up of very cheap plastic.Still, I've installed it and waited at least 2 minutes, fora very light steam to start even if steamer was on maximum level. I bought it based on the 61 reviews and the good overall score, but it's a HUGE scam.Today, the 2nd of April, I've initiated the return & refund request. Hope to have all my money back! It's the first time I return something bought from Amazon with a score of 4.2 out of 5 from 61 reviews.

The first use of steaming clothes machine, I am sorry this machine is not too good, the clothes on the crease is not completely can be evaporated. I thought it would be faster and easier. When steaming is steaming for a while, pause for a while. Consume more time. I did not use other steamed clothes machine, do not know this is normal or what

Very happy with this Garment steamer. It's easy to assemble, fast to heat up, powerful yet doesn't drip like some do (maybe a drop once or twice but nothing in comparison to my previous which was more expensive).I only wish the pole was higher to allow the hose to not be constricted at a bent position from releasing a strong jet of steam as it works best when the hose is fully up, but it does the job anyway and does it well enough and fast.

Bought to use to steam delicate clothing. Chiffon and heavy embroidered dresses. Heats up quite quickly. Does not spit water. Used on shirts and blazer as well as chiffon scarves and heavily embroidered Asian dresses. Very good steamer good value for money. Only thing is if you fill up the water reservoir then you need to use it all up, if you try lifting it before it is empty the water can spill everywhere. But other than that it's a very good steamer. Clothes are easily steamed and not ruined. Would recommend.
