The IT Crowd - Complete Series 1-4 [DVD] [2006]

I can't think of anything bad about this DVD box set. Great show, brilliant extras, commentaries for every episode and the box contains a nerdy D&D style board game! I guess the only thing we have to do when watching this nowadays is try to ignore Graham Linehan's views on trans rights. But, you know, separate the art from the creator and all that. It is still a great and very funny show.

The I.T Crowd, such a simple set-up used to great effect, 2 nerds and one 'expert' people person in a big office building full of people who can't use a computer... Simple yet Effective.The Actors aren't exactly well known, it's filmed for Channel Four which nobody watches anymore, and the whole thing does have that slight 'budget' feel, but i like that, it shows what real talent is!Every episode is filled with witty one liners and clever jokes, and also moments of awkwardness which in my opinion are absolutely hilarious. Like the time when Roy is trying to convince a successful school friend that he isn't a window cleaner. After shouting he isn't a window cleaner!!! very loudly next to a window cleaner, he then phones his friend, tells him he works in I.T, and then goes on to say he doesn't work with Macs, He works with Windows!!!Brilliant!!! Anyone who is looking at this review, please, buy this!!! for the price there is nothing better...Channel four has never had such a successful and entertaining show!

I loved the item i got, not used? correct no damages or sign of it being used before so you can trust this selleri love the show and i always hated it when i watch this online sites that the quality was always a mix mostly 320p or lower well with this, I can now enjoy the show without going hunting on Dailymotion for a ep and the quality of it i can now enjoy the show with none of that pain + the extra stuff is a good + in my mind, I will not say anything about it apart from the menu screens for all the disc are so entertaining to just sit there and watch, lol if you ever buy this trust me just watch as it will pull you in and make you watch all of it before you pick something on the menu.and don't forget if you ever need help just call 0118 999 881 999 119 725---3 :)found this helpful? please rate this as helpful if so :) thank you.

It goes without saying that the show is simply brilliant, to my humble opinion one of the best in the genre. Many reviewers before me praised it and therefore there is little to ad in this matter. What is left, is small feature often left out in reviews - menu.In every show or movie I watched so far title menu was at best neutral; maybe with sole exception of M.A.S.H., where it was nice and unobtrusive. Most of the time title menus are killing me with all animations, loud music and - worst of all - anti-piracy intro videos. Com on, I bought DVD / BD and for that I should be punished by giving me this "you wouldn't steal a car" crap?IT Crowd not only avoided all these issues, but set simple and truly brilliant menu. Made in a style of old computer games, has so much charm that we watched all animations. Twice. It is an art of it is own, my bows to the creators for originality, humour and non-disturbance to the user. Great job!

Classic - great boxset to dip in and out of. You can see each episode in isolation which makes it easy to watch whenever you want. I'd never seen the IT crowd on TV but bought this since it's a bit old now and isn't particularly expensive. I've watched it all at least twice in the year since having it. Great value for money. (29 year old female+husband).

This show has very quickly become a favorite in our house. The only problem is my 3 y.o. son has chosen a couple of favorite episodes and won't let us move on to Series 3 and 4. He always wants to watch the same episodes over and over. Roy and Moss are great and the stories, while very funny, are never slapstick stupid.I bought this without ever having seen an episode, based off reviews and other things I had read. We live in the U.S., but lately watch mostly DVDs of BBC shows because they are just better than most of the junk on TV here. Particular favorites in this series so far are the Gay Musical and the dinner party at Jen's house.

as I bought this as a gift for my son in law I can't really rate it myself but he was very pleased with it so therefore I am glad that I made the right choice.It was well packaged and delivered really fast even though it was standard delivery, so once again really pleased with amazon service, thankyou

The IT crowd is a really funny, great series written by Graham Linehan about a group of IT workers who are forced to work in the basement of a company building and are completely under appreciated by the workers on other floors. Graham Linehan helped to write shows like Father Ted so if you enjoy that then you will probably enjoy this.The box set comes with a DVD for each series, with each disk having special features on them.The IT crowd is incredibly well written and funny, with a high point I feel being Series 2 which in my opinion is the best Series out of the 4.
