Twelve Monkeys The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

The main plot concerns a viral outbreak that decimates humanity in the present day. A man from the post-apocalyptic future uses a dangerous and untested method of time travel to travel from his year 2043 back in time to search for the cause of the viral outbreak and stop it to rewrite the future and avoid the apocalypse. There are many surprises and twists and turns with many eras visited throughout the series. The actors do an outstanding job, and everybody is well cast. The discs are mastered in high definition on Blu-ray and the photography was filmed in technicolour. If you like dark post-apocalyptic themes you will especially like this series. Season Two is my favourite, because it reveals another danger that is itself more than dangerous than the virus. Enjoy!

Well, after finishing season 3 on SyFy channel 10 years ago and no uk channel ever shoeing season 4, we finally caved and bought this collection. And so glad we did! Watch all 4 seasons and its held up fantastically - funny in places, moving, creepy, tense, complex and layered and with memorable, flawed characters. And it stuck the landing in the finale.Up there with Battlestar Galactica and The Expanse.

This fantastic series spans 4 seasons with a quest to prevent a global pandemic that will kill the majority of the human race. (sounds familiar) throw in a cult of the 12 Monkeys and a mysterious leader who knows the future and the past. It’s a great show that was made by the man behind Star Trek Picard season 3. Everything is perfect and it has a complete story unlike some shows get. It’s the only U.K. release of this series under the banner of Fabulous who have released Quantum Leap and Magnum P.I. Along with other shows. Pricey but worth it.

Make me interested watch this film happy have that 1-4 completely I’m save with that well I’m deaf person and had subtitles English too.

Honestly, if I could give this ten stars I would. I could not stop watching once I started. I highly recommend this to everyone. Scifi at its best!

a great tv show, wasn't sure what to think but kept me gripped for all four seasons. Look at the original film then go from there with this show.

12M is easily one of the best sci-fi shows of the century, taking the premise of the already good film that inspired it and building on it but without ever going too far. Time travel is notoriously difficult to write about without losing consistency but 12M manages to tie its threads together neatly and, thankfully, was afforded just enough faith to tell a complete story throughout its run.Give it a chance and you won't be let down.

We had purchased this specifically for all of the extra features. My boyfriend is very much in love with this series. Unfortunately, this product is region locked. So if you reside in the US you will have to have it purchase a region free player. Wish there was any indication of that prior to purchasing.
