It worked great even with just 1/2 a dose in the AM on an empty stomach. Good clean focus and concentration!

I don't use it daily but when I need extra brain power this is my go to.

I had read that there may be some fitness performance enhancements with Alpha-GPC supplementation. I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I noticed that my workouts improved. I wouldn't say that it gave me more energy or strength per se, but provided me with a focus to push through workouts when I was feeling tired. I've actually purchased this product twice already before leaving this review. I would recommend it.

It is easy and good daily

Been taking with my regular supplement routine for about 3 weeks now, and am finding concentration and mental awareness to be improved. Take my dose in the a.m., and notice I'm more alert through the workday. Nothing too extreme, but have definitely felt a boost of awareness and clarity in the last couple of weeks.Will continue to include these in my supplement mix.

I take this every morning before my workout. It’s gives me a much needed boost in terms of every, drive, and focus. Fortunately it carries over to the workday and I can maintain focus most of the day. Excellent product and I highly recommend to anyone who wants an extra edge in their day.

Very helpful. I'm thankful to the creators. At first I thought it was a bit strong or intense for me. But I take other supplements and my body just had to get used to it and that didn't take long at all. And I don't combine with other supplements.
