Wow, Texture, Quality, Color and Appearance Fantastic. I already ordered 2 more. Ivory is my choice, have an off white living room, it is on the small side. Different textures, sizes, shapes etc., add interest to my decor. The zipper is great, easy to use and concealed. Boucle is a perennial favorite and does not disappoint. Purchased the 18" inch square (2 they are sold individually) and added 20x20 inch down alternative inserts and it works wonderfully. Am able to do a pillow chop yet pillow comes back to original shape quickly. Purchased when there was a coupon and glad I did. These are double sided, score! Purchase these you will be very happy that you did!

Have only had the pillow cover for a few weeks but it still looks brand new although it is used daily.

This pillow is well-made, has nice texture (it's boucle, so not exactly *soft), seems durable and I love the charcoal color. I have it on a 12x20 insert, however I think I will purchase the next size up since I am using it for lumbar support in a chair that has a fairly long seat.

The actually pillow case and material was nice and lovely as expected. The zip on the pillow however was a nightmare and took me about 30 mins to try and pull the zip close. It was really frustrating, I almost pulled the zip off at one point.
