Q: do you have you mix additional flux with this or does it work as soldering paste and flux all in one?

This is a flux, not an all in one. You still need to use solder of some kind, not additional flux. I use tiny pieces of silver solder strip - I don't know what would happen if you mixed Easy Flo Flux with solder paste.
