This is an excellent kit for those interested in candle making. It has everything that you need to get started. If you were thinking about getting into candle making this is the set for you.

This candle making set is great! It was clearly made in china based on the english on the instruction pamphlet. That's okay though, it does it's job very well. No confusion with the simple 6 step instruction manual it comes with. I was able to make little candles within about 20 minutes, no preparation. It comes with everything you'll need to repeatedly make candles! The only thing I wish it did include was fragrances. I added my own and the wax kept it very nicely. I like how much wax came with these.If you are looking to learn how to make candles or just looking for a nice afternoon activity, this is great for you! You just need a pot with some water on a stove to get started!Just a tip if you're a first time candle maker, I noticed that when I measured out a full Candle holder's worth of wax pellets, I got about 3/4 of the volume of one of the candle holders! So make sure to measure out a little extra when you're making them!

I bought this kit because my f daughter lives candles and I was looking for something fun for us to do together. This kit comes with everything you need to make candles. The runs are small (each wick is probably long enough for 3 candles... The beeswax in unscented, so if you want to make your candles smell pretty you'll have to add something if your own, as this kit doesn't include smelly good stuff. Needless to say, this is easy, fun and would make a great gift.

I love that everything is included in this kit! I used to make candles, but had gotten rid of my equipment and just wanted to make a few for gifts. This kit fit the bill. The containers were roomy and I loved the vibrant colors of the patterns on them. The small pitcher was perfect for using on my induction stovetop. I melted the quality wax with ease and used the included instructions to make several candles in one sitting. I must admit that this kit has rekindled my love of candle making. I think this would be a great gift for a loved one or something different to do on date night. Very high quality kit, buy 2 because you won’t give away your only one :)

My daughter got a candle-making kit for kids a few months ago and absolutely loved it. We figured she was ready for something a little more serious. This kit is great and has everything needed to make eight candles (based on the number of included tins).In the decorative box are eight tins of the same pattern, four bags of wax beads, a sheet of stickers to hold the wicks in place, a bag of long wicks, a few metal brackets to hold the wicks in place while pouring wax, a metal stir stick (a bit hard to see in my picture), and a metal container to melt the wax beads.The instructions are simple and easy to follow. We'll have to experiment with adding a small amount of dye and/or essential oils to the melted wax to make custom candles.

I gave this to a friend as a gift and she was so thankful. This set is complete, well thought of andhas easy to follow instructions. Any newbie in candle making will ace in making it.

The kit comes with 8 tins/cups, 4 bags of beeswax, a plethora of wicks, 56 wick stickers, a wax melting container and a stirrer. Each bag of wax is enough to fill 2 tins, so you have enough to make all 8 candles to start with.With the instructions, the whole process is very easy. Put a sticker in the bottom of the tin, then attach the wick to that. Run the wick through the wick holder. The wick holders give you the choice of having a 1-wick candle or a 2-wick candle. They are also sized for multiple tin sizes, with these tins being the smallest they will fit. Put the wax in the container, heat the container until the wax melts, and pour the wax into the tins. Wait for the wax to cool, then your candles are ready to light!As it comes, the wax does not really have a scent to it. So if you're wanting to make scented candles, you will have to supply your own scents.The candles burn very well, and last for many hours. They're relatively small, so you'll need a lot if you want to light up a room. But they are very nice for a romantic ambiance!
