Decent set and overall happy with it. Plenty of different bands provided which can be combined to offer a great range of resistance. The included leaflet is a bonus as it contains plenty of exercises for you to try.Only negative is that the foam handles could be thicker as the ones on mine have already become quite thin after a couple of months' (used twice a week).I'm also wary of the bands failing as I imagine that it could cause quite serious injury if the metal hooks or clips came away and hit you in the face!

I personally bought these for shoulder mobility as I suffer from shoulder impingement. These bands are really well made and for the price you literally can't go wrong. Other brands are slightly more expensive with bad reviews so I would avoid them and buy this brand. I have been using them every single day since August the 16th and they have really helped my shoulders. These are great for mobility, strengthening and resistance exercises. I was slightly sceptical about the mini book that was included when I first ordered it but it turned out that the book was extremely informative as it contains over 101 exercises for literally every single muscle group.Would recommend!

I am delighted with my purchase of the Penguin band set. The kit includes a range of 5 bands each of different strengths so I thought jump on the highest rate one first and have an easy workout, this proved not the case because after a few pulls it became quite tiring for someone one who is past the 60 mark. A great idea about this set is you can add more than one band to the handle so you can get the perfect permutation of pull that you require. The added booklet is very informative but I just work to my own workout after perusing it. I can recommend this kit for all ages.

I developed a foot injury that stopped me from exercising as I normally do. I was keen to buy something that could give me a full workout without stressing my feet. This did the job. There's plenty of videos on YouTube giving advice and routines. Given these can cause quite painful injuries if they break I didn't go for the cheapest product but you do get a lot for your money and feel like I've built a whole gym in my living room. It doesn't feel cheap. Not that it's something I have a pressing need for but great to have something you could even take on your travels.

Absolutely love this kit, i'm not into the gym & have been looking for something to use at home, found penguin fit kit on amazon & I have to say it is fantastic. I can excercise pretty much every muscle, even got my partner on it. So easy to use/set up/dismantle. Even come's in a neat little bag for storing away. Would recommend this to everyone, no matter your ability, even with mobility issues you can sit & still do plenty of exercises. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Arrived just before Christmas and I was then ill after so haven't used these yet. Very good communication from company including links to online videos to use. Quite thick booklet with details and instructions to exercises which I need to read through. Seems very good value.

These bands are amazing! The quality for the price is so good. I use these bands as part of my weekly routine and they are great. The book that comes with them is full of really informative exercises you can do and the company emailed me the book before I got my order so I was able to familiarise myself with it but then quite unexpectedly after I received my order they sent me a bunch of workout videos I could follow, you just don't get customer service like that these days!

Clasps for this set could be a bit sturdier for ankles but other then that...it's well made for the price and does exactly what I need. Delivery was very fast..package sent was very untidy but as i said before..for the price...I really can't complain.Thanks!
