Nice natural way to fall asleep
I always make sure we have this on hand as we drink it many nights before bed. It has a nice flavor. It really does help a person sleep too. I much prefer it over taking melatonin because with this I don't feel groggy the next morning and I don't stumble around if I wake up to use the bathroom at night! If I do wake up, I fall right back asleep when I return to bed.
