Wiill this remove the foggy surface on some of my old crystal wine glasses ?

Yes I suspect it would remove it but after a while the fog will return with continue use. the polish removes a very fine film from the glass as it is a tiny bit abrasive

Would this work on my iPhone 7?

Despite the manufacturer warning it does work fine on an iPhone screen. The likely side effect however is that the oleophobic coating on the screen will be removed. So you’ll polish out the scratches, but lose some fingerprint/grease resistance.

im trying to get scratches out of glass table, what do you suggest please

It really depends upon the depth of the scratches. If light surface scratches and you have a polishing machine then probably. If deep scratches, I doubt this will work. I used it for acrylic car headlight lenses. I had already used sand paper to take off the outer layer of the lens and then had to try and get the minute scratches out. This worked to a point but was using special polishing pads fitted to my drill. It took a whole day just with this polish as it is not very abrasive.
