It was tricky getting the brakes to bits to get the cables untangled, but I know why you did with clear instructions on the box to get the left brake to operate the back brake for safely turning right in Britain

First off, the pros. It looks exactly like the picture. It comes with a bell, a basket, and both front and rear reflectors. It has gears. It arrived much faster than expected. I'm 5'10 and it is a great size for me.Now here are the cons. The instruction manual to put the bike together is literal garbage. They are the most difficult to follow instructions I have ever seen, literally the worst. Some aspects of the bike come pre-attached like the breaks and the back wheel - this would have been great in theory, except they had been pre-attached wrong and actually ended up causing us even more of a headache.The back wheel arrived buckled, making the bike unusable. We had to buy a new one. The seat also doesn't tighten enough to keep it in place, so when it was positioned correctly and tightened during the bike service, I sat down the seat actually dropped, snapping my rear reflector and breaking it. I'm not overweight folks. So that's more money to fix a bike that hasn't even been used yet.Finally got to use my new bike: the most uncomfortable bike I've ever ridden. The seat is hard and uncushioned, if it has suspension I didnt feel it because any slight bump felt like I was off-roading it.So yeah, I don't recommend. I've had it for a couple of months so I've really given it my best go, but it just... it isnt a good bike.

This is a good looking bike. The frame is very large and heavy. Im 5ft 8 so not too bad for me. The seat is soft and comfy. However, as you can see from the first two pictures it did arrive with some under the paint corrosion beginnng. Im going to contact seller and see what they say.

Really disappointed with this purchase. The chain comes off really easily when changing down gears then gets caught behind the cog so can't be easily fixed. The fixing for the basket didn't make sense and has now broken. I've not had this very long. The back tyre needs constant reinflation. The brakes are not easy to adjust.

All round great purchase, came earlier than expected. I’m 5”11 and its prefect for my height. One of the smoothest rides i’ve had on a bike and anyone I’ve let have a go says the same thing. Seat was a bit fiddly to secure with the tool provided but just nipped to the bike shop and they sorted it in to time for free. I sprayed the basket black for a different look. Very happy with my baby!

Absolutely love the bike! I've had many compliments on how it looks! and the basket is a good size. only issue is, I'm 5ft 2 and it's a quite a big bike so I've had to take the reflector off at back to lower the seat, but other than that, it's lovely a bike
