Very sweet but helps a lot
pine oil is helpful to kill bacteria, fungi which can cause coughs and this tastes strongly of pine, enough to soothe the throat and tastes beautifully of the forest.

This cough medicine is really good, but it’s perfect for those who take medication for high blood pressure, where as over the counter medicines are not suitable b

Excellent syrup. I add a drop to warm or cold water and drink it through the day.

Appears to work well. A bit sweet for my taste.
Overall taste is okay but a bit sweet for me. I used this after having a cough that I couldn't shake after a chest infection that lasted a month. Within a couple of days of using it my chest was clear and I felt much better. The bottle is quite small and I used all of it so no waste but no spare for future. Would buy again in similar circumstances.

Didn't work, waste of money.
Didn't work at all for my cough, waste of money as not exactly cheap either (£11.99 at time of writing).
