the best sleep mask I ever bought (tried a few). Larger size on the face helps to block out light, & it is so soft. I would certainly recommend it.

This is very well made and high quality. It keeps the light out completely, the only problem is if you like to sleep on your side. As it is quite bulky it kind of pushes up as you put your head to one side which makes it become off center and lets some light in. You can move it around under the side of your face once you're laid on your side to get it back into place and you're good to go again. It works so well and it feels so nice when it is on correctly that I've just learnt to deal with it not being so comfy when you lay on your side.

I've always been a light sleeper and started experimenting with masks about 5-6 years ago. After trying a variety of masks I eventually settled on the Sleepstars and have been using them for the past few years now. I can see why these aren't for everyone - these aren't dainty silky masks - but I'm one of these people who likes a snug fit that blocks out all the light and these are just about thick enough to achieve that 'complete sensory deprivation' effect - and when doubled up with ear plugs I could sleep through a Metallica concert. The only thing to be wary of is during the summer when they can get a bit sweaty if used on too many long summer nights - as a consequence I run with two masks that I alternate whilst one is in the wash (goes through on a 30-40 cycle no problem). They are very well made and of a high enough quality to justify the price.

This mask fits comfortably, it's adjustable velcro strap seems to keep it on my head unless I'm particularly restless. I definetly noctice that I sleep for longer and light mornings are a thing of the past so this is good. However, my pillow is literally covered in splodges of the dye. I bought a black one for my husband and his pillow is also covered. I have no idea if it stains yes as my last set of pillowcases were purple so I didn't notice it as much as the current white ones.So a great product if you have dark coloured pillows.

Bought this for my wife who works nights. This is an excellent product. Comfortable and easy to wear. The depth of the eye socket sections are particularly good and comfortable allowing you to open your eyes whilst wearing the sleep mask. Would definitely recommend.

It doesn't work straight away. (I'm not sure if it ever will)I had to use it for three nights for the mask to soften slightly and mould to my face easier; within those three nights I got less sleep than I normally would have because of the sheer frustration of trying to adjust the size and block out the last bit of light over and over, even when it had softened it still didn't block out all of the light.My skin becomes irritated where the band sits upon the ears, also around my eyes...it says it's a breathable material but my eyes become uncomfortably warm.The tiny flap of material that covers the nose doesn't block out the light it only stifles my breathing forcing me to breathe through my mouth, not good atall.The only time I had complete darkness was when I tightened the mask to the maximum but that gave me a pounding headache after 5 minutes.The only up side to this product is the padding, it prevents the eyes and eyelashes from being crushed.I find myself asking, what am I paying £13 for?

This works well for sleeping. I like how you can adjust the tightness to fit your head. It's quite substantial so blocks out light well. When I combine this with ear plugs I get a delicious nights sleepI machine washed it, in a net, on 30 degrees/800 spin and it held up fineWorth the, quite steep you could say, price tag

This is a good quality product, but it is simply too big to sit well on my face. The amount of padding is excessive and does not increase the comfort as much as you might think. It will not stay in place if you don't lie face-up with the back of your head on the pillow. The poor fit means that it lets in a little light at times.
