Juica Cold Press Electric Masticating Slow Juicer - Get 40% More Juice From Fruits & Vegetables Like Citrus, Oranges, Wheatgrass, & Nuts

This is a very good product at an unbelievable price. It works extremely well and would recommend this to anyone looking to begin juicing. It is simple to set up and take apart which is important for cleaning. The motor is quiet and powerful. The juices last longer as they are cold pressed and have a more even consistency than my old centrifugal juicer. I have hand only 1 stoppage early on with an uncut carrot. This was quickly remedied and I have had no problems since.

I was really disappointed with this juicer and here are my reasons:1. Pulp came out with the juice so I had to use a nut milk bag to separate the pulp which took ages.2. The pulp was always and so i had to run it back through the juicer3. Juice piled up near the pulp exit which meant I had to tilt the juicer to get the juice to flow out of the juice exit. This didn't always work so I had to pour water in and still use a nut milk bag.4. Juice strainer didn't latch into place which might explain part of the reason for pulp coming into the juice jug5. The processing bowl kept unlocking and would only shift back into place when set to reverse mode.I resorted to my vita mix and nut milk in the end. It took about the same amount of time to clean as the juicer.Given this I want a refund. So I choose for it to be collected from home. I received an email asking me to choose a date out of three. I choose one and was messaged back that it would be between 9am-6pm. So on the day, being yesterday, I received a text around 9am stating it will be collected between 1022-1120. At 10:30am I receive a text saying they called to collect a parcel but I wasn't in and to rebook....! Liars!!! No one knocked on my door, called me or left a 'I missed you note' in my letter box. So once again I'm at home waiting for the juicer to be collected. Not impressed by liars!

The seal on the power switch isn't fully secure, and went a bit funny after one use and developed brown spots, I messaged the seller with photo to be told they all have/get these brown marks!? (hmmmmm! maybe that should be mention in the description)A bit disappointing for a brand new appliance especially as u can't get under the seal to wipe it clean.U cant juice berry's with it like strawberrys that will juice in my fast juicer but u can freeze them and make a sorbet.soft fruit comes out as mush through the waste pipe, hard fruits like apples work best.Its not really any easier to clean than a fast juicer.And not really any more juice extracted from this machine compared to a fast juicer as described.Its ok for the price.

Works well but sometimes stops and the main bowl slides out of the lock position I just put in back in place and push the reverse function and it solves the problem so far, the juice is good.

Very slow

The juicer is easy to assemble/dissemble, easy and quick to clean, some parts can be put into dishwasher (on the 'top' rack only). The juice does have some pulp residue but I am happy with that. The motor is quiet,, no jamming or clogging up either. It is a very neat and attractive piece of kitchen equipment too. I think it is good value for money.

My juicer stopped working on my 3rd use. I have only used it to juice cucumber and apples.Really not happy with it! I was very pleased after the first use. So disappointed that the quality has failed. I cannot seem to find any contact details to contact this seller.

I like the sturdiness of the juicer and ease of use. The juice however does contain pulp which is not always palatable in some juices. This means that I sometimes have to strain the juice.
