Bought this for my grandma and she absolutely loves it! This chair was so easy to use, no tools or major assembly required. She loves the rubber feet so it doesn't slip and slide while in the shower. I bought this for my mom and it works great. Easy to adjust and very sturdy. She is only 5 feet tall but the chair can be lowered enough for a short person to use easily. The dimensions are accurate also. I needed something for a more narrow shower and it fits perfectly using their dimensions.

There were supposed to be 9 washers enclosed for assembly but there was only 8. The leg supports were supposed to fit with leg A over leg B but the only way they fit was B over A, so the directions were flawed. Despite those problems I was able to assemble the chair and it was very strong and stable. All in all it is a good product and I am pleased with my selection.

I had ankle surgery this summer. This chair makes showering so much easier! I can even clean the bathtub while sitting in it!
