Awful and Disgrace
How can someone deliver the used and dameged product to the customer?? Such a disgrace. I can see used product inside the box. It has trimmed hairs inside the box. It's awful. I request to take strict action against them.

Works as Intended, better than trimmer
UPDATE: Replacement received, this time it's sealed pack, brand new piece. Working as it should. Gives a cleaner experience than trimmer. It's as if I shaved yesterday. Nice product, working good. Blade looks a bit delicate. I hope I don't have to change blade soon (as in Phillips Oneblade, that needs to be changed every few months)Just received it today. As soon as I opened the Amazon box, there it was, the box of trimmer. But to my disappointment both the seals were already broken on its box. I still opened the box, all the accessories were already open, even cable, didn't seem like factory piece. When opened the trimmer out of wrapper it is used piece, still some hair on it.On top of that when closely emptied box, it still had some hair at the bottom.In a nutshell, seller is cheating people, discount is there coz it's used items being sold as new.Have ordered a replacement, let's see how it turns out, will update
