I have been using this bag to squeeze juice out of veggies that I send through my blender (instead of buying a juicer). It works extremely well, cleans up very well and has been durable. I use beets and so far there has been no staining and no tears. All I get is juice, no pulp escapes. It's on the big size and at first I thought it was too big for my needs but after using it a few times I have found out its the perfect size.

I am using this bag to filter my goat milk while she is on the milk stand. It really seems to catch all the debris. I really wish it had an elastic top for a more secure fit on the milk jug. I have also used this awesome bag to filter my homemade maple syrup! It does a great job filtering out the sugar sand!

I purchased several nut bags as I have started making my own Almond Milk. There are a lot of differences in bags. Ecosak makes the creamier almond milk. The mesh on one of the bags I bought was too fine and made watery milk. The mesh on the other bags was too loose and made gritty milk. Ecosak is the best by far of all the bags I have tried. I highly recommend this bag.

I have a giant soy milk machine in the garage, and this simple sac has completely made that big expensive equipment obsolete. I appreciate that it is a BPA free product, and is FDA approved, which are both very important when choosing products for our family to use.I used the bag in place of cheesecloth while making homemade ricotta and found that it has major benefits. First, it is easy to clean (give it a whirl in soapy water and rinse) and can be reused many, many times. Second, it has a draw string top which makes draining the cheese simple (no more messy knots and twine to suspend it). Brilliant! The sac was a great size and very comfortably accommodated everything.The downloadable guide is very helpful, and includes some really easy and interesting recipes for nut milks that I'm excited to try. I would have loved if they printed a starter recipe and washing instructions onto the back of the package insert, too. I did notice a fiber or two from the bag in my ricotta - they were easy enough to remove, but are something to be aware of when using a nut bag.I will definitely be using this bag often, and love that it has so many purposes in the kitchen. I would love to use this bag but I don't have access to the ebook on it since my password that came with the bag didn't work. I have not heard back from the company in 5 days. I hope I can update this review later with good news.

easy to clean , has a guide, makes making this stuff from scratch so much easier. closes tight and a ton of room if youre making for a lot of people! try it out.

I recently began using almond milk instead of dairy in our home due to medical reasons. Since we don't use a large amount of milk daily I noticed we were throwing away more that we were using. I no longer have that problem because I can make enough for just a few days. There is also the benefit of knowing exactly what is going into your milk. The free ebook included is wonderful. The recipes are easy to follow and very delicious. My children experimented with the bag tonight and used it to make orange juice. I rated the product a 5 star because of the ease and convenience of use. When I am finished using it I simply wash it out and once it is dry I can fold it up and place it in a drawer..no bulky machine sitting on my counter. My son on the other hand rated it a 10, he LOVED the homemade orange juice and is already asking to make more.
