Great for almond tart
This frangipane mix is great for almond tart. I used one store-bought ready made pie crust. Instructions are in a foreign language. So I guessed the recipe. Preheat oven at 350 F. Pour frangipane mix in a large bowl and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix. Pour the mixture on the pie crust. Add sliced almonds over the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes Insert a toothpick at the center of the tart. If not yet ready add another 5 minutes then test with toothpick again. Remove tart from oven and let it cool. Sprinkle powdered zero calorie sweetener of your choice. Came out well, not too sweet and you can taste the frangipane quite nicely.

Translation of Instructions
@Vahine or @Amazon....would be amazing to get an English translation of the instructions. But here's a direct translation from package: "Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 6 cl of water (4 tablespoons or 1/4 C) and 75 g of melted butter (1/3 C), mix well. It's ready!"

Very similar to bakery almond croissants
I must say...yum! Other customers have mentioned the mix only requires 1/2 c. of water, but if you translate the French directions on the package, the mix requires 1/3 c. of melted butter and 4 tablespoons of water (which is closer to 1/4 c. of water) Frangipane also needs time to set up, so I put mine in a covered container overnight in the fridge and it was perfect next morning.

Yummy!
Very simple to use, just add 1 cup of water, mix, and bake. I went super lazy with it and used a store-bought pie crust, and it all came out very tasty. If you like almonds, you'll like this. Baked and ate during a girls night, and we agreed we'd have to do it again!

Product open on arrival
Product was exactly what I wanted/needed (specifically to make a French pastry), but the bag was open when I opened the outer packaging and the powdery mix was all over the place. Disappointing since there are no returns on this product. Won't order again.

My go to desert for Company
I do not want to tell you how wonderful a product it is so that there will always be enough for me to purchace. ( I hope you understand my attempt at humor) This mix is wonderful for making fruit tarts of many kinds. I recommend using a tart dish. You may need to use google translation as the directions are in French and Dutch. Easy enough. Always compliments.

Like this so much that I immediately bought it again to have on hand.
This is a great product! All I had to do was add 1/2 cup water and stir. I used this to make a bakewell tart. Turned out really well!
