Great bit of kit and fits perfect on my quiver tip rod, in the packet you get some other clip that fits onto wider tips. Would recommend these to any fishermen , fully waterproof and there cheap so you cant go wrong.

This was ok until it started getting stuck so was a disappointment really good idea but needs work.

A bit fiddly to get on my rod tips and mine slow flashes red (instead of a constant white as described) when connected and rapidly flashes green when a bite is indicated. For the price of it I have no complaints.

This little bite alarm is brilliant, its well made and very simple to use.I was very sceptical about how well it would work but after using it for an overnighter last weekend I was very pleased.I found it worked best for me about 1- 1 1/2 foot down the rod (at the thick end of quiver tip) when I'm feeder fishing.I would recommend this to all my fishing friends.

When this arrived in the post I actually though part of the product was missing. It arrived in a small package with a battery included. Looks like a pretty cheap bit of plastic to me! Tried using it the other day and the main line kept getting snagged in the alarm clip. Very frustrating! Plus, in the day you can barely see the alarm light flashing, so my only suggestion would be to use it at night. Definitely not worth £5.99.

super item which reacts to the bend in the rod it is attached to, perfect for silent fishing and also works well in daylight, I would also recommend this to beginners using quiver tips to help show them when to strike. also excellent for sea fishing.

I have bought a previous version of these, I like the design, they fitted the rod tip and automatically come on when fitted, they also do not come off when casting. The only drawback was they flashed green which made bites hard to see, (it needs a big bite to make them flash red). I ordered these ones since it states these are a new design with a steady green light (which is what I want) but they also flash green even though back of packaging say they give a steady green. It may depend which supplier you get them from, the ones I got are in Ron Thomson packaging.
