Pretty Good - Updated Use Info Here
Overview: It took me a while to get bread right with this machine. I made several hockey pucks. This is because the instructions are incomplete. Marketing wanted to show how easy it is and it is pretty easy but not that easy. It's probably costing them returns for a machine that works fine but the buyer doesn't know how to use it. The Missing Info: First, use water and/or milk that's about 120F. The instructions say 110F-ish but that's where all the combined liquids should be. In a separate mixing bowl, put some warm water in it to warm it up and dump it out. Mix your liquids (water, milk, eggs, yogurt, etc.) together with the salt and sugar. Use a whisk to fully mix them. Put some warm water in the bread pan to warm it up and pour it out. Then add the mixed liquids. Then proceed as normal, adding the flour(s) & wheat gluten, if needed. They should fully cover all the liquids. Make a small well in the flours and add the yeast. Immediately put it in the machine and start it. It's in the instructions but you may have missed it. Check the dough at about the 10 minute mark and see how it looks when it is spinning. It should be a smooth ball without gaps and nothing sticking to the side of the pan. If it's not balling up because it's dry, add water a TBS at a time. If it's so wet, it's not balling up, add flour a TBS at a time until it balls up. Update your changes in your recipe. Future Improvement: It would be nice if the top came off easily as I have had bread rise into it and it's a pain to clean on the machine.

Compact and stylish with easy to follow instructions!
I purchased this bread machine for Xmas25. Put it to use stat. It produces a great product in 3 hours with easy instructions and little ingredients. Nothing to watch or worry with. Easy release from the pan and so far each loaf has come out perfectly! Very happy with the results of this compact and pretty machine!

Excellent quality
The easiest machine ever. Excellent quality. Comes with everything needed (measuring cup and spoons) to add the ingredients. Has numerous breads labeled on the top for easy access to set temp, and comes with a mit to remove. Makes 1.5 lb loaves and 2 lb loaves. See through top to keep track and the book tells you the step by step cycles it goes through. Simple as add all ingredients and turn on. Kneeds, mixes, rests, rises, and bakes all by itself. Beautiful design and well worth the month compared to other more expensive ones. Made my 1st loaf and it's perfect. Excellent 5 outta 5 and I never give that.

Best Bread maker!
I absolutely adore my bread maker! I had been eye balling this machine for awhile. I love making from scratch, so this was the perfect addition to my kitchen! I love the easy recipes that come with the machine. It has been wasy to use and operate. It was very beginner friendly and I had no issues with set up. My first loaf came out perfect! It is indeed one of my favorite gadgets in the kitchen. My loaf was flavorful, buttery and yummy! The machine mixes the dough, allows it to rest and then bakes it! One the things I also love is that it only takes me less than 10 minutes to put all the ingredients on, and ai can go on about my day! It generally can take about 3 hours from putting the ingredients in to the loaf being finished baking! It is durable and so far easy to clean! 10/10 would purchasing again!

So far, this is a really nice machine.
Pros: - Pan interior is ceramic not teflon - Mixes thoroughly & kneads well - Compact and looks great on the counter. - Viewing window - Quiet (which can be a con too, see below) - Easy to understand controls - Easy to follow recipes - Best Feature: Dual heaters. Most machines seem to have only 1 heating tube and I noticed breads made in demo videos were paler on the end furthest away (usually the top). The Neretva has top & bottom heaters and my loaf had a nice uniform color (see photos). I researched several machines and the only other machine I recall atm with this feature is a Zojirushi (IIR, the Virtuoso) which is way bigger and more expensive. Cons: - Too quiet if you're waiting for the alert to add mix-ins or to hear when it's done. I was in another room with the TV on (not loud) and just barely heard the mix-ins alert. So I set my kitchen timer to match the machine's timer for finish baking as it's much louder. - Some settings ("programs") are unfamiliar to US users with no explanation: "11 - Dessert" = some kind of whipped cream based dish "13 - Toast dough" = knead only for doughs that will be fried, like Naan. "18 - Meat floss" = cook pork loin or chicken that's been shredded & minced, used in Asian dishes - Can't think of anything else. Though I've only baked 1 loaf so far. TIPS: - Add ingredients in the order stated in the manual - There's a silver tool to lift up the pan handle when it's hot & to pull out the kneading paddle if it stays inside the loaf. My kneading paddle stayed in the pan and was difficult to remove when I went to wash up. I filled the pan with hot soapy water, let it soak for a few minutes and it came out easily. I saw a tip elsewhere to put a little cooking oil on the post before putting in the paddle as a way to keep this from happening. I didn't remember that until I found my paddle needed soaking. I used Neretva's recipe for a whole wheat bread and it came out perfectly, even though it called for bread flour and all I had was AP flour. It still had a nice texture and was fine for toast and sandwiches.

I was skeptical, too!
But I just LOVE this thing! In my quest to get away from processed food as much as possible, I added bread to the list. The problem was I wanted fresh, homemade bread without all the work. This thing is every bit as easy as it says. I dump in the ingredients, push a couple of buttons, walk away and it does the rest. The manual isn't the best but it's easy enough to figure out. The included recipes aren't great but the internet has plenty to choose from. It's described as making a 1.5 lb loaf or a 2 lb loaf but, in most cases, I'd stick to the 1.5. You're going to run into issues with a 2 lb. By "issues" I mean it's going to actually Mount Vesuvius your machine enough to open the lid when it overflows. I love the styling and the color is beautiful. There are a ton of settings to choose from and seems to be very customizable. The best part is I know exactly what's in every loaf I make. C'mon, the price is reasonable enough to try it out, right? 😁 Edited to add: Does it make noise? Of course it does. Is it excessive? Not at all. It's certainly quieter and less annoying than my grumbling about having to make another loaf of bread by hand would be. I love the compact size. Space is at a premium in this kitchen so I was kind of worried about that. Turned out to be no problem at all! Update: 7 months later and still loving it. It's been so much fun trying new recipes and experimenting. I use it at least once a week and it's still working great. Absolutely no issues at all. 😊 Update: 1 year - I honestly still love it. I use the dough setting the most now and it's worth it just for that. Dump in the ingredients, do other things for a couple of hours and the dough is ready to shape and go in the oven or whatever we're doing with it. Homemade buns, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, pizza dough, the possibilities are endless with only 15 minutes or so of actual hands on time and consistent results every time. There seems to be some bread machine hate on the internet by "purists" but I think if something like this fits into people's busy schedules and allows them to make healthy, chemical-free breads (there's so many chemicals they have to add flavor to make it taste like bread 😟) for themselves and their families, that's a wonderful thing. It's the best, most impactful Amazon purchase I've ever made.
