I ordered this spice to use in a Georgian beef and tomato stew. The flavor was really great and I know my stew was a huge success because of this authentic addition. I really like the packaging. It's in a handy, resealable package that easily stands up in the cabinet.

My husband is Georgian 🇬🇪, and i need blue fenugreek for one of his favorite dishes, khinkali. I found this seller and was so impressed when i opened my package from them. I had of course the product I ordered along with a recipe card, a history of Georgia card and two free samples. I will absolutely order from these people in the future and I have not tried the samples. The fenugreek was perfect and exactly what I needed.

The flavor was excellent, adding an authentic touch. The packaging is convenient, with a resealable bag that stands easily in the cabinet. While the aroma is nice, the taste isn't quite as bold as I expected, but it still enhances the dish. I also appreciate that it is sourced from local Georgian farmers. However, the ingredient list was inaccurate, as blue fenugreek is simply a milder form of fenugreek.Review Link
