The product is fine and exactly as described as the seller. The feet were purchased as a replacement for one on an existing table that had broken (the castor spindle had broken off). If this is the situation you are in then you may find it useful to know that inside the claw foot there is a machined end on the table leg that the foot fits on snugly. For me, this new foot is shallower than the original and I had to remove quite an amount of timber off that end. Not difficult, but a bit nerve-wracking. The result is very fit for purpose.

The item was used to repair our Yew dining table which had one damaged claw foot. The internal dimension size and was ever so slightly different but after hubby shaved a little bit of the foot it went on and has resulted in an inexpensive much welcomed repair. I guess he could have spent time replacing all three as the pattern is slightly different but is not noticable. The height is exactly the same as the other 3 so the table now sits level again. Well worth the money.
