I gave it the 5 star because it is value for money, and exactly what the seller says it is. It is also an excellent combination with other gluten free flour. Tastes good. Will order again. Yes I recommend it.

I cannot vouch for whether this is pure millet flour or not, as it's browner in appearance and smoother/gummier in than other millet flours I have used. Millet is usually pale yellow and grainy in texture. I use it to make suet for songbirds, who prefer seeds to grains.

Good for kids with wheat related allergies. We use it for pizza bases, pancakes, cakes, pastry, yorky puds.
