Bond-It foil safe solvent cleaner for uPVC woodgrain door, window and conservatory frames 1 Litre

Recommended by my window fitters. The people who painted the outside of my house (very badly) managed to cover the windows and the frames with paint. Worked really well, with minimal effort in removing masonry paint on both old and new frames. Would definitely recommend.

Was a more expensive version of cif (jif)

Bought this product to try and remove a double sided sticky pad used to adhere a doorbell to my brown foiled upvc door frame. After applying the liquid with a cloth and a gentle run with my fingernail the sticky pad and residue came away easily leaving the door frame looking as good as new. Use with confidence on foiled frames it's excellent

The previous owners of our new house must have had a pathological aversion to masking tape and dust sheets, because every surface is covered in dots, smears and splashes of paint, including foiled double-glazing in every room. Before ordering this solvent I'd tried white spirit, razor blades and good-old brute force to remove the paint, with very limited success. This solvent does make things easier, but it's still finger-bendingly hard work. You do work out tricks, like tackling the bigger splashes with a scalpel first to remove the top layer of dry paint, but even then it's slow going. Emulsion is easier to remove than gloss. I don't know if there are better or stronger chemicals out there, but so far this is the best one I've found.If you're just using this to clean up the double-glazing then it works extremely well.

Not as good as some cleaners . Needs applying twice

Despite cleaning regularly I was beginning to dispear over my UPVC mahogany front door? Not anymore the solvent cleaner arrived this morning and the door was polished and refurbished amediately! It's looking as good as NEW!

Excellent stuff for cleaning Rosewood UPVC wipe it on and buff it up lovely shine and clean have ordered this a number of time
