Very noticeable the difference to my gut health when I had used a whole bottle. Definitely strengthens immunity as a result. Will be back for more.

This review is for Naked Health Naked Biotics Maintain - Probiotics for Gut Health - Gut Health Supplement Probiotic Drink - Daily use to Maintain Gut Health (500ml).I was looking for a new probiotic to try and this one came up to review as part of the vine program. I have always had capsules in the past, so having probiotic in liquid form was new for me.This probiotic states it is not to be stored in the fridge. It recommends a dose of 30ml, but to start with 10ml. The use by date on mine is July, which I feel is plenty of time to use this. The probiotic strains look good, but for me I'm really not enjoying the taste – for me it tastes fermented. I will try and persevere with this for the full bottle, but after only 5 days of 10ml I am not enjoying taking it because of the taste. At time of writing this is £20.66 for the 500ml bottle which should last about two weeks. I feel that it is an expensive item but looks to be a very good probiotic, however is definitely an acquired taste.

I have taken probiotics for many years but this is the first time I have tried it in liquid form. Not an unpleasant taste and easy to swallow. It is recommended you start at 10ml and work yourself up to 30ml a day. A 500ml bottle provides a 16-50 day supply depending on dosage. As with all natural supplements it can take weeks or months to see the effects. Bottle must be used within 60 days once opened. Take at least an hour before hot beverages like tea or coffee.

This probiotic has all the right ingredients to support good gut health, and nothing else. I would not say I like the taste, but it is not bad either. A teaspoon is easy to get down and does not leave a lingering aftertaste. I can smell the Rose Hip which is quite pleasant.I have been using the Naked Health Probiotic for a short period and there have been no adverse side effects, always a concern for me. I think I feel better!My sister has also been testing the probiotic, and after only a few days noted a definite positive impact. This probiotic will be purchased again!

I usually take probiotics in the form of capsules to help ease my bloating symptoms caused by IBS, I find the capsules easy to take but sometimes I get fed up with taking so many tablets so I tried this.The taste is rather unusual, not overly pleasant but I’ve certainly tasted worse, it’s not too dissimilar to the sharp tangy taste of aloe vera juice which I also consume daily to help reduce my IBS symptoms, the odd taste isn’t enough of an issue to put me off continuing to take this if it actually reduces the daily discomfort in my guts.The price is quite excessive compared to the capsule probiotics I’ve taken previously, whilst I do notice a significant improvement with my bloating after taking some form of probiotic I haven’t noticed much difference in comparison with this liquid probiotic vs the probiotic capsules other than the vast difference in price!I think ultimately will finish this bottle then I will revert back to capsule form as they are cheaper, easier & more convenient to consume & work just as well.

500ml bottle which gives roughly 16 servings if you take the max dose each time. This stuff works wonders if you suffer with gut problems in general or down to the likes of intolerance flare ups. The product has a nice taste which isn’t overpowering and seems to sooth you inners as it goes through your body. It’s nice to see that it’s made of natural ingredients and not just full of chemicals like most medication is. Seems to be doing the trick very well and I would say the price is about average when comparing online. The product arrived very well packaged and with nice clear labelling!

You start with taking 10ml equivalent to two small teaspoons then build up to taking 30ml equivalent to two tablespoons, instructions advise not to shake bottle and to store at room temperature even after opening and use before 60 days from opening.The smell and taste is not appealing at all although it is bearable, the liquid is extremely thin with a hint of brown colour, it leaves a bit of taste after taking so have a water or juice ready to take after it, with the liquid being so thin you can make a bit if a mess putting such small amounts on the spoon, would think it to be better with a small nozzle or something. Will persevere as it claims to be really good for your gut health, but at this price dont think ill get again.
