Worked great! Delicious!!!
Used it with pork shoulder joint, cut into thick steaks, followed packet instructions, then marinated overnight and roasted low and slow at Gas mark 3 for about 1.5-2 hours. (Checked internal temp at 145F) Came out looking and tasting delicious!!
