It's a great introduction for pups going into mush. Lot of vitamins, fats, proteins they love it. Very happy with this powder i've been using this for years and will continue to do so and you can't beat the price very affordable, Easy to blend down, Pups love the taste.

I use this every time I have a litter of pups.

American Pocket Bully female, supplemented milk intake after 2 weeks. I used 34 grams to a 1.5 cup and half that for 2-4 weeks old. Soaked first hard food in it to help with chewing up. Now sprinkle lightly on top on food every once in a while as a treat. Great coat, strong immune system.

I breed dogs and I found this product on accident when looking to order a competitor's product. I was sure there was no way to get a comparable milk replacement that my dogs/puppies would like for such a bargain. I decided to do my own market research. I put down a bowl of the expensive product next to a bowl of the Ultra 24. I was shocked 😲 when no one was interested in the bowl of Esiblac. Even my most finicky eater wanted the Ultra 24. I have recommended this to all my fellow friends in the world of breeders. They all had similar results. So, I give my Mama's some of this during and after they've whelped their litter. I also use it for introducing food outside their Mama's tests, by grinding down the same puppy food Mama has been eating and mixing it with a probiotic and letting the crushed food expand when I mix it with the Ultra 24. I used to have to deal with puppies throwing up, having diarrhea for the first several days even when I added the probiotic. That was not what happened when the Ultra 24 was given to the puppies. Other than the natural change in their stool now that they are eating and not nursing as often, I was pleasantly surprised at how they transitioned to food. The other options are $1+/ounces but Ultra 24 is only 4¢/ounce. You won't regret it!!

Had to work with this as nothing was listed on the bag on how to mix for puppies. We adopted Chuy (Chihuahua mix) and Sox (blue pit; someone just tossed her away like trash behind WSMR) and Chuy's mom took her on. They were 6 & abt 8 weeks when we got them on Memorial Day weekend. Weren't prepared as we only went to pick up our truck and camper that had some work done in Alamogordo. I know how important milk is for any baby, no matter the species. Found this on here and while it is advertised for puppies as well, I relied on the reviewers and just hit and miss on the mixing. Initially, I added 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of water. They lapped it up. It seemed a little watery to me, so the next day I doubled it, but it was too much and it came back up. So I took it slow. Now we are up to 1 quart in the morning with 1 cup of milk replacer. Chuy was ~2lbs and is now ~7; Sox was ~5lbs and is now ~27. They had already started eating solid food and we feed them this replacer for breakfast only. They have had their vet check up and shots. They are healthy, rumbunctious and the sweetest ever. Would give it five stars, but the lack of instructions for puppies and kittens, even though it is advertised for them as well, is a problem. I even went on their website and you have to sign up to get into more details. It is a problem when you advertise your product for something, then are silent as to how to use it. We were OK because our puppies already ate solid food, but for younger puppies and kittens getting it right would be a matter and life and death. We are ordering more as we only have enough for a day or two. We will continue to feed as long as they will eat it. Wish they had the larger amount when we ordered this the first time.
