This worked well and was easily covered with ready rolled fondant icing. I bought a Star Wars topper with happy 5th birthday and my grandson's name and used cup cake Star Wars topper figures for around the sides. He was thrilled to blow out his candles and as we encourage healthy eating,no one would eat the cake so there wasn't any waste. Maybe would have prefered the cake to be not as tall but that didn't matter. Would buy again!

This arrived promptly and well packaged. You do need to be aware, before you phone the company to complain they have sent you a square dummy (like I did), you need to unwrap it from the plastic packaging and you will see that it is indeed a circle, but with the corners in place. You just need to push off the corners - nice and easy. There is a small groove down one side - from the manufacturing process, the groove does not matter to me as I will be dirty coating the dummy first with buttercream, so the groove will disappear. Before buttercreaming it I will be wrapping it in clngflim so that I can remove the icing and buttercream if need be and reuse it.

Excellent. I used it on stage as part of a 3 tier cake and it lasted for the full production.
