This kit provides users with several small tools and components. The 5 glass ampoules come securely packaged and separated, and they sit snugly in the aquamarine-colored base. The easy-open sleeve tool safely breaks the tip off of each ampoule, but there may still be some jagged glass edges present, so care should be taken around kids especially. After opening the vial, the clear plastic sleeve goes back on, and then you tip the liquid contents into the leakproof/drip-proof syringe sleeve. Nothing will come out of the tip until you give it a slight squeeze, so there is thankfully no chance of accidental spillage.The contents have a creamy liquid sort of consistency, and the formula spreads easily and absorbs quickly, and it smells like a pleasantly scented sunscreen! I did feel a bit of a tingling sensation at first, but it dissipated quickly, and my skin was left feeling lightly moisturized.If you use half an ampoule daily (as recommended by the manufacturer), then this $29 listing fulfills a 10-day supply, but I think users would be satisfied with the results overall! And the set thankfully comes with a couple of small caps that seal off the tips to keep the contents contained until you’re ready to use the second half of each ampoule. I do wish that some of the product wouldn’t get tossed and wasted in the recesses of each broken-off glass tip, but it’s still possible to get most of the lingering solution out with gravity. All in all, I’ve enjoyed using this skincare set, but the ampoules will break if dropped, so it’s a bit of a fragile storage system that takes some careful handling!
