The hot sauce gives a nice spice to your food, you can truly add it to anything to spice up your flavors & the bbq jerk gives a unique and savory flavor to your food giving you a true taste of Caribbean culture so I recommend theses sauces to anyone who would like to try. I recently cooked some oven baked salmon and I marinated the salmon with the sauces and it came out delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

I received my bottle and am unable to return the product. I purchased it for a stocking gift and it expires in january. That doesn't give them much time to use it.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hot sauce but I was pleasantly surprised how much I like it. My son even commented Mom you need to buy more. I definitely will be buying more.

Let me start by saying, I am big on spicy. I have grown everything from the meager jalapeno to the Carolina reaper. From the serrano to the 7-pot brain strain. From the poblano to the apocalypse scorpion. I love hot food. Period. So with that in mind, let's dive in and see how this stacks up.In terms of flavor, this is actually quite tasty. You can taste the scotch bonnet and onion, which is not a bad combination at all. It also has a nice consistency to it, not too runny, not too thick. It goes great on fish tacos!As for heat, it is a habanero and scotch bonnet based sauce, and it isn't afraid to show it. It isn't going to win any world's hottest records, but it does pack some solid heat. This is not a case where they call it habanero sauce and use one pepper across a gallon. I'd say it's probably around a 7 heat wise, making it great for just about anything you could want to eat.If you like heat but don't want a nuclear level sauce, this is a great option. I am happy to recommend it, and will probably get more when this bottle runs low. It's one of the best hab/scotch bonnet sauces I have come across.

This hot sauce is where it's at! Delicious in flavor with a burn that builds and oh, it burns so good! The description is absolutely spot on when it says their hot sauce has an interesting balance of heat and tang, subdued sweetness and spice, smoke and tingle. There is no flavor to compare it to because it has a flavor all its own. Finally, a hot sauce that steps out and stands up! When I first tried it, I thought, "well this isn't hot" but then it started to hit me and then it hit me even more! It gets your attention and then holds it for a while. Unlike others, when it hits you, the burn is good, and you really get to savor the sauce, but it doesn't have your whole mouth and lips on fire like you just can't stand to eat more. You'll actually want to go back for more of this. If you love hot sauce, then give this a try. Also worth noting, I got this in January and its shelf life is only good through May because they don't use additives and preservatives. It's not the kind of sauce you just keep in the fridge forever like some weird science experiment and I love that!

I appreciate that #1 Hot Sauce is additive and preservative-free, and made in small batches. We use it on a variety of foods—only a dash is needed to add heat and tang.
