Hello! I'm the creative type and one of my things is that I love recreating the old Italian Resturants of my teens, with the candles in wine bottles with the wax all making random patterns. Do not use these babies for that, they do not drip. And here's my point: I got sick of scraping up the wax from my drippy candles; that I would find in places that were impossible to have forseen. No,not there...! Tch! They are tall, solid and have an icy beauty and burn so brightly for hours. I burn them in my bottles that have become so grotesque that I began to go off pizza. Also, they remind me of the power cuts in the 1970's. Only old Brits will understand that last bit ;)

Basic, good quality, reliable and clean candles. Almost no drips, little smoke. They last about 2 to 3 hours. Best to keep a pack handy in case of power cuts. Good value.

Great price. Didn’t fit my standard candle holders ( the candles are slightly narrow ) but I fixed that with a bit of cotton wool.They last a long time, but they spit! As I use candles mainly for meditation, the loud hiss and spit every twenty minutes or so made me jump out of my skin every time! :-DFor dinner parties or something, they’re really good, or just for emergencies they’re perfect.

Bought them for emergency use and put away u til needed.

They help with the heating in my room in these days of expensive electricity. Isn't it worrying that things have got to this for us pensioners! But who really cares?
