Brought these for my grandchildren. My grandkids love reading the book especially when they want to be guided in the right direction.

Great devotional book with scripture for each entry and a simple prayer as well as God centered advise for navigating anxiety. Very happy with this book!

I bought this for my teenage daughter and love it.

I bought this for my daughter who entered sixth grade and had been struggling with higher than normal anxiety. The moment she opened it and read the first page. She had tears running down her face because finally something was able to understand her. She's been using it on a weekly basis, and we can tell a difference. It's definitely for someone who already has a relationship with God, though, maybe not for someone who is trying to find that relationship? But I don't know.

This book makes a good gift for any religious teens in your life.

Bought this as a gift for my son’s girlfriend who is going through a hard time with her anxiety. She was so happy to have some thing like this and said it helped her rely more on God‘s word to help calm her anxious heart. She reads it every day.
