" I got the item with double packaged. Sturdy packaged! Considerate seller! Then, I firstly look for the instructions on Youtube and manul instrutions. Now, I totally make it work. So how to connect the feeder with your cellphone and have an interest experience with watching your puppy or kitty eating? 1, Download an APP named Petwant in Apple Store(IOS) or GooglePlay(Android). 2, Register an account.(Tip: Please do have a check whether you input any blank space while entering the information for blank space is a character and be part of your information.) 3,Login your account and the APP will remind your account. Click “Next”. 4, Input your home’s WIFI account and password.(Please remember to check whether you have input any blank space or not.) 5, Then turn on the feeder. You need to plug in the power and press the button “on” at the bottom of the machine. 6, The power light will be red and link light will be start flashing. 7, Press long the button “SET”. Then a beep sound comes out. At this time, the link light will keep on instead of flashing.It means the feeder is ready getting into setting mode. 8, The APP will request you to connect your mobile phone to the “Petwant” WIFI, choose the name contains “Petwant” and click “Next”. 9,Go back the APP.The APP will start transmitting data with feeder. It may take a few minutes.(Patient! It does need some time!) 10, After all things done. The WIFI name contains “Petwant” will disappear and your cellphone will connect to your home WIFI automatically.You could enjoy your smart feeder now.Moreover, the seller have sent the file of trouble shooting for me in case I met the issues. But, not! Thanks. Here are the steps for trouble shooting: When connecting failed:Please make sure you followed the correct steps one by one.1,The feeder could only connect to 2.4GHz WIFI network. If your router is running on 5GHz, please reset it and suggest WPA/WPA2 PSK Data Encryption and go to WIFI settings on your phone and deselect (forget network on iPhone) the default network. Then set up the 2.4 GHz network as the default.2, Please make sure your home WIFI name and password are correct(avoid any unnecessary blank space)3,Please make sure your home WIFI setting allow the feeder to connect by password.4, Unplug your router then plug it back in to reset it. Try the data transferring steps again. Left the feeder ON so when the router rebooted and scanned for WIFI devices it would discover the feeder on its own."

90% of the time the feeder doesn't release food due to an error. The food gets lodged in the turning system meaning the device cannot release food. I wouldn't buy this again. Hugely overpriced for a unsatisfactory product.

I bought the WiFi enabled version of this feeder in May 2017 and for the first few weeks it worked perfectly. I was able to easily program the feeds from the app and view the live video stream. Then after turning the feeder off for cleaning and turning it back on again, I was unable to connect to the PetWant WiFi. I've spent literally dozens of incredibly frustrating hours trying all sorts of 'solutions' imaginable to get it to work and have emailed the supplier with absolutely no response. £100+ down the drain as far as I'm concerned! I may as well have bought a much cheaper automatic feeder which would do the same job as this currently does. If the supplier reads this and feels inclined to contact me then please do!

We have it for a few months now and it made a big difference in our lives (we could not leave the house for more than a day) and our cat healthier.This model comes with a camera, microphone and speaker and allow us to watch and talk to our cat. She has actually used to the device and she goes to it when she hungry.The installation requires someone with experience on attaching devices to a wifi network, but the instructions are simple and easy to follow. After that all the control of the device is being done though the app. Where you can program the device for automate feeding times and quantity, manually provide extra doses of food, watch live streaming, listen to, talk to and take screenshots. Just make sure that the device is located in an area with good wifi signal.We are very pleased with the feeder.

In particular:- It is capable of dispensing as little as 10g of food at a time, up to 100g in 10g increments. This is fantastic for preventing food being left standing.- The built-in camera is really cool, although you can only listen or speak at once, not simultaneously.- The storage container is rather larger than it looks, and I would expect it to last at least a few weeks for use by my two cats.Cons:- The android app seems quite buggy, having crashed a couple of times in the first day and claiming there was no food once when I tried to dispense manually.

I'vr been using the feeder for the last 6+ months to feed my two cats. The software is a bit buggy and takes a bit of patience to get the initial setup done, but afterwards I haven't had any issues. I have scheduled 3 small meals per day for my cats and everyone is happy — no food begging, no food schedule disturbances when I'm travelling or anything. The feeder has never crushed or skipped a meal so far. Me and my cats are pretty happy with it.

Je ne suis pas du tout déçu de ce distributeur, facile à prendre en main et à installer (même si l'application devrai permettre d'éditer les distributions déjà programmées plutôt que de devoir les recréer).La qualité est bien là, les portions sont respectées, et vous recevez même une notification sur votre téléphone pour vous avertir que la ration a bien été distribuée.Je recommande sans hésiter ce distributeur, tout ce qui est mis en avant est présent.

Que vaut le controle de qualité de cette firme ? Rien, c''st clair. Mise en oeuvre catastrophique:1. Lecture du Q-code ne permet pas de charger l''ppli sous android. Affichage: debut de telechargement, puis plus rien ne se passe......jamais (2 heures !).2. connection directe sur petwant. Enfin l'''appli se charge. Appareil sur secteur. Voyant power s'''allume. Appui sur start, rien ne se passe, jamais. Le reseau wifi annoncé n'apparait pas sur le telephone.3. Sur piles (neuves) c''st pire. l'''avertisseur de piles faibles s'''allume, power aussi, sur set: rien. Reseau wifi: absent.4. Sur secteur ( de nouveau) ccmme le moteur tourne, on essaie de mettre des croquettes. Apres delivrance d''ne enorme dose en quelques secondes, l'' helice en caoutchouc se plie et se tord ( c'' est du caoutchouc ) puis le moteur se coince. Plus de croquettes. Blocage en 15 secondes. Bilan : 2 heures de perdues en vain, puis retour a l' envoyeur. Comment est-ce possible avec un produit a 139 € ? Jamais vu ça!

J'ai acheté 2 distributeurs, un pour chaque chat. Hélas, l'application sous Android ne gère pas 2 appareils en même temps et il faut ouvrir 2 comptes différents (avec 2 emails différents). Ensuite, je choisis le compte auquel est lié une des 2 machines. Mais il faut attendre un peu avant de voir les bonnes données apparaître. J'ai aussi eu une erreur car le compte précédent avait été affiché d'abord et a mis un certain temps à se rafraîchir; et donc l'horaire de distribution ajouté n'a pas été pris en compte. Il a fallu que je supprime la programmation et l'ajoute à nouveau.Donc suite à cela, je vérifie toujours que la distribution ait bien lieu le jour suivant avant de considérer que la programmation est ok.La distribution est parfaite: la quantité est règlable par 10g et ne coince jamais. Le chat ne sait pas introduire sa patte pour grapiller des croquettes.La camera me permet de vérifier qui vient manger (pour être sûr qu'un seul chat ne mange pas tout) quand je suis au travail. Mes chats sont devenus accros et écoutent le son des croquettes tombées et se précipitent sur les distributeurs.Après seulement 6 mois d'utilisation, un des appareils a le wifi qui se coupe tout le temps et l'autre distributeur s'est coincé en plein milieu des vacances. Cela rend l'appareil peu fiable et il ne peut donc servir qu'à alimenter durant les heures de travail, surtout pas durant les longs congés. Dommage !

Rapport qualité-prix correct, rempli parfaitement son objectif . Aplli simple d'utilisation sauf pour la mise en place du produit ou l'enregistrement du wifi est plus facile sous IOS que sur Android pour ma part.Un petit bémol concerne la distribution, la forme des croquettes est importante pour ne pas avoir de loupé de distribution, si elles sont trop angulaires quelques bourrages peuvent apparaître allant du bourrage complet au bourrage qui passe à la deuxième demande de distribution en forçant sur le moteur.

Le distributeur est simplement parfait. Super silencieux, si l'on ne tient évidemment pas compte du bruit des croquettes qui tombent dans le bac.Très simple à mettre en fonction avec le wifi et la programmation est un jeu d'enfant.L'avantage est de pouvoir déterminer à différents moments des dosages différents les un des autres.Vraiment bon produit. Je recommande.
