Initially I really liked this product because it was small and provided continuous water for my puppy while I was away at work. After a few days though, I decided that there is one MAJOR design flaw. The water bottle just balances in its spot and as you all know puppies get VERY excited when you come to let them out and jump everywhere. The water bottle kept getting tipped over and spilled water everywhere. This could be simply fixed by creating a screw type attachment for the water bottle. Unfortunately, we had to stop using this food ad water dish because of the mess it constantly was creating.

I really don’t know how this product works because it was shipped with the bag broken and 1 piece just hanging out in the box and one missing . I can’t attach it to the cage

I loved this bowel! It prevented accidents from happening inside our dog's kennel. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the part of the bowel where you can screw on a water bottle is extremely large, and only fits large water bottles. I would also suggest ordering the larger size of the bowels unless you have a toy puppy.

Just got today in the mail. Haven't used it yet but I immediately noticed that the material is rather cheap. The item did not come with a paper or anything. I hope it will attach to the cage okay but it doesn't look like its going to be sturdy at all. But I guess that is what you get for the price.

Perfect small amount of food & water to leave inside a crate. However, when my pup gets annoyed of being inside crate she has tipped it over no matter how much I tighten it. Still happy we have it!
