Not only is it manufactured by a reputable company Twin Labs but they are easy to swallow and I believe work well for me.

I normally take multivitamins but I'm really not sure if they are that helpful at all. I just take it just in case my body needs something that I'm lacking from my regular diet. I honestly don't see any difference if I take them or not. This is the same for the Twinlab brand B12 vitamin supplement tabs. The tiny little tablets are about the size of half a TicTac. Pop one in your mouth once a day and let it dissolve on your tongue. The label says it is quick dissolving but I found that wasn't the case, It took a long time with a lot of saliva in order to melt this tab. You could bite it and grind it with your teeth if you want to make it absorb faster. The tabs are supposed to be cherry flavor but I didn't taste anything like that. To me, it just tasted powdery. As for the effectiveness of the B12 vitamin, I'm not really sure if I'm getting more energy or not.. I honestly can't tell the difference. I still feel the same after taking the tabs a few days. I guess maybe this could be a long term thing where you wait and see?

Appreciated that this was back in stock. Really like the dissolving mini tabs.
